RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
You may return any new product in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund less any applicable shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Any opened items in unused condition must be returned in the original packaging with all contents and parts included for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase. Air Ride Equipment does not accept the return of Custom Made Parts or Installed Parts of any kind at this time.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Air Ride Equipment will Not Accept Any Return Without a Prior Issued RMA. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least ten to fifteen (10-15) business days to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All Cancelled Online orders (WooCommerce etc.) will be charged a 3% fee applied directly to refunded amount.
FINAL SALE ON CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS
All sales of custom made parts or special ordered items are final and may not be returned or refunded.
LIMITATIONS
The return and refund policy does not apply to products that have been installed, modified, altered, or used for purposes other than those for which they were intended.
EXCEPTIONS (MISSING/DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED)
For missing, defective or damaged products, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a refund or exchange within 48 hours tracking reflects the package was delivered. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to a defective or damaged product(s).
